Store and Sales Policies

When purchasing subscription services from beMOMSTRONG, each month of programming and content is licensed to a single user only. 

You may not modify, print or copy any part of the Website and Services. Inclusion of any part of the Website and Services in another work, whether in printed or electronic or another form or inclusion of any part of the Website and Services on another resource by embedding, framing or otherwise without the express permission of the Operator is prohibited. 

All subscription services are non-refundable. In the event that an error has been made, please contact lisa@bemomstrong.ca for a resolution. Programming will always be delivered on a weekly basis and thus we do not refund partial months based on the clients completion of the programming. Should you wish to pause or progress in your programming, this is acceptable and can be done by contacting lisa@bemomstrong.ca but it is acknowledged that no change to payment amount or billing cycle will be made. 

By placing an order with beMOMSTRONG, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have informed parents consent and accept all listed terms and conditions.

When booking personal training or 1-1 services from beSTRONG, you acknowledge that all the session is booked and paid for in advance. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule, you need to contact lisa@bemomstrong.ca 24 hours prior to your session. Should you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, no refund will be provided. 

With regard to physical goods from the beMOMSTRONG shop, if you with to return your product, please email lisa@bemomstrong.ca. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to our business address. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  • Returns within 30 days of purchase only. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • The following is exempt from being returned:

    • Subscription programming

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds - 'Shop' Items Only

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and brought to our attention within 30 days of original purchase. Please email us at lisa@bemomstrong.ca if you have any issues with your product during this 30 day period. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced. 

Payments

All transactions through beMOMSTRONG are handled by a dedicated third party to ensure your information is secure. All payment information is handled by SquareApp, Stripe and/or PayPal and your credit card information is not stored by beMOMSTRONG. Terms and conditions for third party providers can be found on each of their websites respectively. 

Billing Cycle

The subscription fee for our service will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription each month unless and until you cancel your subscription. We automatically bill your Payment Method each Month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular,, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. In the event your paying membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your beMOMSTRONG programming or became a paying member on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th.

Cancellation

All of our memberships are auto-renewal and must be canceled by each member 48-hours prior to each billing cycle to avoid recurring charges (This is a business standard similar to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple & Google subscriptions).

You may cancel your beMOMSTRONG membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the programming service through the end of your Month.
