What is a functional, linear, progressive program and why is it important?

beMOMSTRONG monthly programming is unique because it's one of the first postpartum specific workout plans that is functional, linear and progressive.

Functional because it emulates real life movement - helping you get strong for every day movement.

Linear because it increases in weight and volume each week - you can continuously challenge yourself.

Progressive because you can continue to improve throughout the duration of the program - it doesn't have an end date! Neither should your strength and fitness journey :)
