Adrienne trained in Perth, Australia and obtained her Master of Physiotherapy in 2010. She went on to work in various outpatient settings, including Orthopedics and Neurology. In 2014 she completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy - Continence and Women's Health at Curtin University (Perth, Australia).

Bringing her years of clinical experience, Adrienne is committed to ongoing education and takes into account the best available research evidence into her practice. She treats all areas of Pelvic Health, adopting a whole-person, partnered approach where she works with her clients on their self-identified needs and goals from daily function to high level performance. She also incorporates real time ultrasound into her assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor and core. Regardless of the injury or dysfunction, Adrienne strongly believes in keeping people active and doing what they love to do through their healing journey.

Being a mom of 2 littles, Adrienne has a passion for assisting people to maintain their fitness and athletics during pregnancy, return safely to function, exercise and sport after birth and establish healthy relationships with their bodies through the lifespan.

Lisa Lethbridge

For Lisa, it's not about being the strongest, the fastest or the fittest, it is about finding joy

in moving your body.

Sport and exercise can be fun, challenging and rewarding all at the same time. Through CrossFit, Lisa found her passion coaching and helping people find and develop confidence in themselves through strength training.

After chatting to parents at the gym and starting to work with pregnant and postnatal clients, Lisa realized how inaccessible the right information about exercise during and post pregnancy is. It became her passion to create something fun, accessible, informative, pelvic floor/postpartum aware while challenging enough so people could feel themselves regaining strength in their body and mind.

Lisa combines the world of pre/post natal fitness coaching with true progressive strength training to aid in a full body, holistic strength approach. At the end of the day - being fully mobile, functional and strong enough to keep up with the demands of life and continue doing the activities we love is key.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a group class?

No! This is an individual 12-week program. Adrienne and I typically work at different locations, so we've condensed the intake days so we can both check in with you at the same time.

Where is the location?

Initial intake is at Full Circle Physiotherapy in Langley: 6375 202 St #104, Langley City, BC V2Y 1N1 Your first session will be in person 1-1 with Adrienne directly followed by an in person 1-1 with me. All the homework and programming is done remotely - you can do this at home.

What does the initial assessment entail?

Your assessment with Adrienne will look similar to an initial Pelvic Health Consult - I covered this in a blog post HERE. She also uses ultrasound techniques to better understand muscle function within the pelvic floor. I will be covering a broad movement assessment which include breathing, posture, bracing, skipping, jumping and other functional movements. Together, Adrienne and I will use the information as a benchmark for creating and progressing you through a relevant program to help relieve your symptoms.

Do I have interaction with other women on the program?

No - all of your information, progress and programming is private and between you & us (Adrienne & myself).

What equipment do I need and how much time will it take?

You need a skipping rope and access to a step/ box. 5-10mins at least 5 days a week. You can add this into your regular gym warm up or complete while you're waiting for your coffee to brew. No workout gear necessary ;)

Will I completely stop leaking when I exercise?

Not all incontinence issues are the same and so results will vary. We feel confident that working with us, you will experience a significant improvement with your symptoms if you are consistent and do the work.
